Jean-Luc Briguet has practiced architecture since 1991 and launched his firm Jean-Luc Briguet Architecture PLLC in 1996. He has deep roots in New York City where he was born to French and Swiss parents and has lived most of his life. He is an avid photographer and has extensive experience in procuring permits from apartment building Boards, the NYC Department of Buildings, and the NYC Landmarks Preservation Commission, as well as Condominium combinations with the NYC Finance Department.
